It sure is fun having a new baby around. After 23 years you sort of forget how great it is to kiss those little cheeks, change those cute outfits, try to keep her awake so she sleeps at night, hold her close and burp her.
Also, it takes a while to remember you are the "Grammy" and not the mommy. That is all together new. Christie called the house yesterday and asked if she was talking to Grandma, and I started to tell her to hold on and I would get my mom. Ha! Ha!
Last night we had an overwhelming urge to take her home with us. Sarah and David put a fast stop to that. So far we have all been very nice and sharing our time with Leah.

How adorable Leah is! Kim e-mailed us and gave us this site to check her out. What an angel. I'm right with ya on the "kissing those cheeks" thing. It's almost like there is a message written on baby's cheeks that say, "Kiss me!"
